We're hoping you enjoy this new look and feel for Videonet. You know us - we're always trying to give you an experience you can be proud of.
For the FIRST time this Autumn, we're carefully trying something new - allowing members to request monetization capabilities for their accounts here.
Three of the most important requirements for getting started:
- You will need to be verified by ID by going to Settings. If you're already verified on MxM Network, notify us here and we'll sync your verification to VN.
- Similar to other platforms, you will not be able to monetize videos that don't belong to you.
- All parties involved in a video you monetize 1) must be an MxM member, 2) must be verified by ID, and 3) must consent to the video being monetized.
- All people in a video you monetize must be accounted for - no exceptions.
Guidelines for the videos you monetize:
- No nudity outside of a fetish context - none, whatsoever.
- Nudity that would be acceptable, for example, would include facesitting, trampling someone's nuts, and squashing someone naked.
- Nudity that would not be acceptable, for example, would include any purposeful sexual interaction with genitalia - oral sex, anal sex. Etc.
- Payment requests are processed twice a month, and the minimum withdrawal amount is 25.00. Withdrawals can be done from Settings > Balance.
At this time, MxM only takes 15% of any transaction made on Videonet.
Ways you can monetize your videos once given approval:
- You can set a purchase price for a video you publish
- You can set a rent price for a video you publish
- You can set a monthly price for access to your channel and the videos it contains
That about sums it up! You can request monetization from Settings in the upper-right. You won't see the menu until you verify by ID, however.
